What is up with finding a primary care doctor here I am prescribed adderall (diagnosed as child and low dosage for over a decade now) and I moved from Massachusetts to here. A ton of doctors have no availability (or will just cancel appointments for no reason?) and the first place I can get an appointment is Village Medical. Despite me telling them I need to refill adderall, they book me an appointment with a PA whose doctor is not present and does not prescribe adderall. They also were really pushy about my physical and completely overlooked the reason I came into the office which is my existing documented condition I need a refill for. Seems like they were just trying to run through my insurance coverage as quickly as possible. They then refer me to something called "Serenity" which is very far from my house and immediately tries to push Ketamine on me for like 20 minutes on the phone despite me saying my prescription plan works and I am just looking for a provider who can refill my existing treatment plan. I don't know if Ketamine is considered effective for ADHD but they were weirdly pushy with it saying "a lot of people say they don't need their usual medication after doing Ketamine therapy." I then see their clinic is really far from my house and their cancellation fees are horrendous and they seem really scammy. It was also weird for Village Medical to refer me to them instead of anyone else closer to the south side of SA. I feel like I'm getting really scammed and I just came from a primary care provider in Massachusetts whose company literally went bankrupt but was still way less stressful than this. Where can I get a normal primary care office that isn't just a scam to run through my insurance instead of actually listening to what i need?

2026-06-04 FBI Timeline 2014-2021 Workplace Harassment from State Farm, inside and outside of work Employment Contract wasn’t valid I have Intellectual Property rights 2021 Jasmine Johal or someone using her phone sent me threatening text messages. I called her and the voice on the other end may have been Kyle Sondegrath. Leslie Glossic may have been involved as well. 2021 Amy Boring preyed upon me when I was on medical leave from abuse and isolated. She claimed that she initially thought I was a different “Tyler Dull” (first and last name) and then later changed her story, and then claimed she thought I worked for All State, when I’m pretty certain that she knew I “worked” for State Farm and I was dealing with false allegations from Joslynn Klug, Allison Davis, Donny Wagner, Ron McVittie, and more. Amy boring made references to past trauma and abuse and taunted me with this. She also made up a story about her friend leaving her at the 1998 Halloween Phish show and sexual harassment from Mike Gordon. Attended second Shoreline Phish show with Amy Boring and shared a hotel room. She instructed me to lie about having covid to cancel a hotel I booked with two beds and then booked a hotel with one bed. We shared the bed and nothing happened sexually whatsoever. She was lying on her stomach with her head sticking out of the tent. The only thing I can think of is when Katherine Bentley asked me to choke her during sex, which I wasn’t comfortable with, and I lightly applied pressure to her neck, causing her no discomfort whatsoever, since I thought it was weird. I believe Kyle MacNamera referenced the conversation in 2020 when I was on leave, as he was stalking me, probably at the direction of Patrick Woodson. It seems to me that Patrick Woodson and Derek Thomas may have had something to do with Andy Pitoukas’s death and my rape, poisoning, and abuse. Patrick Woodson had Andy dosed with a chemical called 2 ci, according to Derek Thomas, in retaliation for Andy getting caught high on school property from one of Patrick’s pot brownies he was dealing to students which resulted in Patrick’s car being searched and a case of beer being conficated. Derek Thomas was part of EMS crews and somehow had detailed information of Andy Pitoukas’s medical records, including that he would squeeze his testicles. Patrick Woodson would insist that Andy was schizophrenic because his parents are, even though they were successful business owners and this seems preposterous. It seems that the Woodsons may have been interfering with his medical treatment and him being held for years at Logansport. I was then drugged and raped by Jeff. Moreover, on my drive there, he told me to “bring glue stuff” which I never possessed. He possessed the “glue stuff” and drugged me with it. He was looking at a gay porn site and I was instructed to go to the site. I visited it once in Bloomington and then again in West Lafayette, to investigate it, as it later occurred to me that it may have been attempted entrapment and inappropriate. 2020 - Orange dog toy, swallowed by my dog in back yard, caught in his stomach, probably covered in oil or else he never would have eaten it, which required an emergency procedure 2020 - Gas company instructed fence company to drill into gasoline at 334 Leslie Ave. 2021 - Lafayette Vision Care, Sexual Harassment 2021 - bump on my dog’s leg, out of nowhere (Sarah?) 2021 - Was on Grindr, practicing logotherapy and searching for the root cause of my suffering. I saw there was someone on there who said they were 19, and I thought it might have been a pedophile impersonating a police officer and asked if they were really 19 and then I received another message from someone asking what age of males I was into. 2022 - Raped in my sleep in Tippecanoe Co. Jail in the pyramid room 2024-08-07 - Drugged at a “Mexican” restaurant in Grand Rapids (Trey Anastasio/Billy Strings?) 2024/2025 - Raped in my sleep in my house on Oak Ct. after my house was apparently broken into Other Sexual History 2005 - Ambica Dev performed oral sex on me in McCutcheon hall, after saying “you weren’t lying” and then applied peanut butter to my penis before performing oral sex. Difficult to leash, displayed panic behaviors including a tucked tail, lip licking, stress yawning, pacing, and avoiding eye contact. Allowed some petting but remained fearful and overwhelmed. - 5/3: Social, playful, and energetic. Pottied immediately, enjoyed running around the yard, and enthusiastically chased bugs and flies. Very athletic and people-friendly. - 5/16: Continued to show good manners and potty habits.
